By using this website, submitting an enquiry, approving a proposal, paying an invoice, or working with OseiCreatives, you agree to these Terms of Service. If a signed proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement includes different terms, that project document will apply to the specific engagement it covers.

OseiCreatives provides creative services including AI-assisted branding, campaign visuals, photography, videography, social media content, brand strategy, website creative direction, content systems, and related creative production. The exact scope, deliverables, usage rights, schedule, fees, revision rounds, and approval process will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Quotes are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. A deposit or advance payment may be required before work starts. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final files, exports, source materials, and usage rights are released only after full payment is received. Late payments may pause delivery, delay handover, or attract reasonable late fees where permitted.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate briefs, brand materials, access credentials, product samples, references, feedback, approvals, and any required permissions on time. Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, unavailable products, location restrictions, or third-party approvals may affect timelines and may require revised fees or delivery dates.

Each project includes only the revision rounds stated in the proposal or written agreement. Revisions must stay within the approved scope and creative direction. New concepts, major direction changes, extra formats, reshoots, additional edits, urgent turnarounds, or work requested after approval may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

If a project is cancelled, paused, or delayed by the client after work has started, OseiCreatives may retain deposits and charge for work already completed, booked production time, planning, vendor costs, location fees, or other non-refundable expenses. Shoot cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests may require additional fees depending on the timing and resources committed.

Until full payment is received, all concepts, drafts, edits, working files, prompts, treatments, layouts, photos, videos, and creative materials remain owned by OseiCreatives or its licensors. After full payment, the client receives the agreed usage rights for the final approved deliverables only. Raw files, project files, editable design files, unused concepts, prompts, behind-the-scenes files, and source materials are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

OseiCreatives may display completed work, behind-the-scenes material, project names, non-confidential outcomes, and approved visuals in its portfolio, website, social media, proposals, case studies, and award submissions unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the project starts and OseiCreatives accepts that restriction.

Clients confirm that any logos, images, footage, products, trademarks, copy, music, references, faces, locations, or third-party materials they provide can legally be used for the project. The client is responsible for securing permissions, releases, licences, and approvals for materials they supply or ask OseiCreatives to use.

OseiCreatives may use AI tools to support research, ideation, prompting, image concepts, visual direction, copy drafts, production planning, editing, or workflow efficiency. AI-assisted outputs are reviewed creatively, but clients should understand that AI tools may have their own limitations, terms, and rights rules. OseiCreatives will not knowingly create deceptive, unlawful, or infringing work, and clients must not request work that violates third-party rights or platform rules.

When a client approves a draft, edit, design, copy, campaign direction, or final deliverable, that approval confirms the client has checked names, claims, spelling, factual details, brand use, product details, legal requirements, and suitability for publication. OseiCreatives is not responsible for errors or changes requested after final approval unless caused by its own confirmed mistake.

You may browse this website for personal or business evaluation purposes. You must not copy, scrape, resell, misuse, attack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the website, admin systems, media, code, content, or security features. All website visuals, copy, layouts, and creative work remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

OseiCreatives works to deliver strong creative and commercial value, but does not guarantee specific revenue, reach, rankings, conversion rates, social media growth, press coverage, approvals by third-party platforms, or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside the creative work, including the offer, market, budget, timing, distribution, and client execution.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OseiCreatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service that caused the claim.

Both parties should treat sensitive business information, unreleased campaign details, private credentials, and confidential project materials with care. OseiCreatives will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information shared for a project, but clients should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through unsecured channels.

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, unless another jurisdiction is stated in a signed agreement. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first try to resolve it in good faith before starting formal proceedings.

OseiCreatives may update these terms when services, legal requirements, or business operations change. The version published on this page will apply from its stated update date, unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
